We collect only what we need to run the mosque's mailing list and answer your messages. We do not sell your information.

- Whether you ticked the box to receive updates
- Your preferred language, the date, and a reference number we give your message
We do not ask for any other personal information through these forms.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and send you a confirmation with your reference number
- To send you our newsletter in your chosen language: prayer timetable updates, Ramadan and Eid announcements, community events and notices, and fundraising campaigns
- To send you a welcome email when you subscribe or re-subscribe
- To notify the mosque team when someone subscribes, unsubscribes or contacts us
Donations
Our donation emails and page show the mosque's bank details so you can give by bank transfer. We do not take card payments on this website and we do not collect or store your bank or card details. Your transfer is handled by your own bank.
Third-party links
Our website and emails link to services we do not control, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Each has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read it before sharing information with them.
How long we keep your information
We keep your subscription details while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we keep your email address marked as unsubscribed so that we do not email you again by mistake. We keep contact messages for as long as we need to deal with them and keep our records.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw your consent to receive newsletters at any time. Email us and we will respond as soon as we can.
Children
Our website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
